On the docks

Program: Transfer quay, septic receiving, sorting lines,

reception halls, storage, packaging, office.

In the port of Gennevilliers, the sorting Sita has continued to unfold, since its inception in 1994, three movie halls under the soaring curved roof. This remains a benchmark of our practice.

We have implemented a strong architectural expression, industrial and elegant, at a time when this was uncommon in the area of waste. Frequently visits all public, academic or professional are held on this site.

The industrial landscape of docks brought our imaginary context. Our intuition river confirms its relevance as trade grow by barge. Since the bridge of the A 86 overlooking the site, this complex displays these architectural issues.

Working conditions in the industrial and tertiary spaces are a priority in terms of lighting, energy management, traffic, social networking relationships.

The achievement was awarded the Architecture and places travavail of AMO (Architecture and ownership), an award which recognizes excellence in collaboration between architect and client.
